American Contract Systems (ACS) is a medical sterilization facility, located at 7802 East Telecom Parkway, Temple Terrace, Florida, which has been releasing hazardous levels of Ethylene Oxide (EtO), according to reports from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
